What we do

We publish research-based buying guides. For every product we recommend we gather the manufacturer’s spec sheet, the owner’s manual and the warranty terms, then compare the details that actually affect daily use: capacity, footprint, wattage, basket coating, controls and cleanup.

What we don’t do

We don’t run a test kitchen, and we don’t claim hands-on lab testing. You won’t see invented scores, made-up decibel readings or “we cooked 40 pounds of wings” stories here. If we ever add first-hand experience with a product, we’ll say exactly what we did.
